I'm making this pew-pew game called Nightshift Galaxy. I'll maybe devlog here that's a bit less "official" than my public posts (and maybe post some of the comics I've made just for me, lol, just between us friends).
A bit of background: this project started as a "business idea" with my business-knowing friend Andy. We made a demo, got it into showcases, and made a pitch deck for publishers and investors. We totally bombed and got zero funding because interest rates just went up, and wall street told everyone it was layoff-time, not seed-time. I vlogged about it and got a lot of business-homework freaks telling me I'm a dummy for our unreasonable business plan of "spending enough money to make a quality game with professionals and then sell it for a profit":
I (foolishly?) decided to keep working on it as a smaller solo really-indie-now project and made a stream page. Then all my freelance work disappeared due to Gamedev Court Intrigue, and now I'm living on savings and still not totally sure how exactly to get into Early Access before that runs out (AAHH!). But I'm still truckin':

Re: NIGHTSHIFT GALAXY dev thread.
I've been kinda lost in the weeds, like, I'm making progress but I don't have a quantifiable goal, so I signed-up for a LA game show, The Glitch City Arcade, on December 14th to force me to get some build wrapped up this year and working, waaaaahhhh.
